Refund & Returns
We accept refunds and exchanges.
We will gladly exchange or refund the full amount of regular priced items to the original tender (credit card) for unworn items that are returned with 14 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original receipt and returned in their original packaging. Please note items must be in new condition, unworn and have the tags attached to be accepted as a return. Please note that if 14 days have lapsed we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
Non Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept any returns on intimate items, health and personal care items as well as gift cards.
Once your return is received and inspected,You will receive an e-mail notification upon receipt of your merchandise and a subsequent e-mail upon completion of the return processing indicating whether your return is approved or rejected. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or check your bank account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ABeautifulclosetdc@gmail.com and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, the cost of return shipping will be charged to your credit card.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
