How can I track the status of my package?

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

From the shipping email confirmation, click on the blue ‘Track My Order’ button. This will take you directly to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).

From this page, you may also provide your mobile phone number to sign up for text messaging alerts to get updates about your delivery.

How do Shipping delays affect my order's shipping Timeline?

All orders made during this time will experience delays. Please look for estimated delivery dates at checkout and in your order confirmation email. We will work to ship your purchase as soon as order fulfillment resumes. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation, invoice, and tracking number(s).

Can I cancel or make changes to a recently placed order?
